Prof. Othello B. Capuno

Dr Capuno is the Component co-ordinator and is a senior member of the management at VSU. He reports directly to Prof Jose Bacusmo, the President of VSU. Dr Capuno will oversee project operations and ensure that all staff members are performing adequately.
